Orders within India are delivered within 3 - 5 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

Do you apply any shipping charges?

Within India, LA Organo provides Free Shipping on all orders above Rs.399. 

How should I check the status of my Order?

Once your order has shipped, the shipping and tracking information is emailed to you. You can use your tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website and you can also track the status of your order in the header of our website. Settle down, enjoy a coffee, and just be a little patient: it may take a few days for the information to be updated. In the meantime, if you want tips to prepare your project, check out our blog!

1. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via sms. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.
2. If you still have any questions, write to us at care@laorgano.in, and your issue will be addressed.

I am not home?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring :

We know you have things to do, so you may not be home for the delivery. The carrier is free to decide whether they should leave the package at your door or take it to the nearest center… in which case, they’ll leave you a card telling you where to go pick up your order or asking you when you’re available for them to deliver at your doorstep.

We deliver throughout (most of) India!

Yes, we know it doesn’t seem to make sense, but right now we can only deliver products to Indians. Please don’t hate us!

Residents around the world: You live in a fantastic place, but there’s a downside: we can’t deliver to your home by our standard shipping method. We’ll think on it though.
